Entourée d\`un grand jardin, d\`une terrasse en teck de 200m2 avec sa grande piscine à débordement et ses 4 belles chambres, c\`est un endroit parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Située sur la côte Caraïbe de l\`île vous serez près des plages et des restaurants et pourrez profiter tous les soirs du spectacle inoubliable du coucher du soleil sur la terrasse. Il s’agit d’une villa moderne et spacieuse récemment rénovée et décorée avec goût. Les deux chambres principales sont très grandes et accueillent largement un lit king size. Trois des quatre chambres s’ouvrent sur la terrasse par une baie vitrée et donnent directement accès à la piscine. La quatrième chambre est une chambre à deux lits idéale pour des enfants. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées. De grands placards et deux grands dressings dans les chambres vous permettront de ranger facilement vos affaires. Les trois salles de bains sont attenantes aux chambres et vous assurent une intimité parfaite. La plus grande salle de bain a aussi une entrée indépendante. La piscine est grande (11m x 4m) et permet de nager et de se détendre. Six transat sont disposés tout autour pour votre confort. La villa est spacieuse et très bien adaptée au télétravail avec ses deux tables de terrasse et le bureau dans une chambre. Le wifi est de bonne qualité et vous pourrez plonger dans la piscine entre deux vidéoconférences ! Tout le logement est à votre disposition : la maison elle même et une grande terrasse surplombant le jardin où se trouve la piscine. Vous pouvez vous garer très facilement à l’entrée de la villa (3 places) dans le jardin près de la porte. Anne-Marie est disponible tout au long de votre séjour pour répondre à vos questions et vous apporter son aide. Fabien ou Kelly vous accueillent sur place et peuvent intervenir à tout moment en cas de besoin. L\`Anse Mitan et un quartier résidentiel paisible situé juste après le bourg de Trois Ilets, tout près de la plage et de la Pointe du Bout, une zone touristique où se situent de nombreuses boutiques et restaurants. Le golf est à 5mn en voiture. La club nautique est tout près à 2mn en voiture si vous souhaitez faire des activités nautiques (voile, planche à voile, kayak, snorkeling, etc). Sur la marina de la Pointe du Bout de nombreuses activités sont possibles: plongée sous-marine, sorties en bateau ou en catamaran, location de bateau. Un service de navettes maritimes reliant la marina à Fort de France et à d’autres communes de l’île est disponible toute la journée tous les jours et vous permet de visiter facilement les environs. Vous aurez besoin d\`une voiture pour vous déplacer vers les boutiques, les restaurant et les plages. Les plus proches sont situés à la Pointe du Bout, qui est à 5mn seulement et où vous trouverez un grand parking. Vous pourrez aussi visitez toute l’île facilement avec votre véhicule, de très belles excursions sont possibles vers les belles plages du sud de l’île ou vers la montagne et la forêt tropicale dans le Nord. La villa est située dans le Domaine d\`Amara, un grand lotissement privatif de 1 hectare où l’on accède par un portail électrique depuis la rue. Un chemin privé permet de descendre vers notre maison en contre-bas. We stayed at Villa Hibiscus for one month..could have stayed forever. It is perfect in every way. The house is beautiful. Furnishings are lovely, and, very importantly, the beds are divine. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and has lots of dishes, cups, and the right glasses for the right drinks. We spent most of our time on the terrace, at the pool; the pool and the view are amazing. The property is very well equipped for the number of bedrooms it has. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Lors d’une panne d’eau, la maison est reliée à un gros réservoir, lequel permet de s’alimenter sans problème. Notre groupe de 7 adultes est entièrement satisfait de son choix de maison.
