Notre séjour était nul, la chambre était nul nous avons opté pour votre hôtel, pour marquer l'anniversaire de notre couple vu l'emplacement, mais nous étions déçu de notre chambre, gentiment j'ai demandé à l'hôtesse de me changer de chambre elle m'a dit que ce n'étais pas possible. Au final nous restons déçu.

Séjours très désagréable pas professionnalisme.

Chambre neutre légèrement nettoyer... ☹ Se faire déranger par un service qui ne passe pas d'informations entre eux afin de savoir la durée de votre séjour. On se fait déranger tous les jours. Un réceptionniste vient vous déranger en pleine nuit à la porte de votre chambre, accompagné d'un renfort pour vous dire de payer votre note.😯 Alors que tout est réglé correctement via le sites afin d'être en ordre pour son séjour. En conclusion aucune communication et coordination entre personnel très désagréable. On vous qu'il se sont tromper de client et de clés. Des clients qui respecte pas le parking toujours remplis des intrus douteux et bruyant. Pas de geste commercial afin de vous rassurer pour un prochain séjours.😡😡😡
