It is distributed in 3 rooms at the same level Independent module ground floor is occupied by the owner The 70m2 deck range is embellished with a large pool of 7mx 4m and a cute little guy Balinese hut for a happy hour at sunset. The master bedroom is of a total area of ​​50m2, with TV, Sat Canal + and DVD, a huge shower overlooking the bay Caribbean and toilets The house has a piano and a well stocked library as well as a TV corner with SAT + channel. Vor allem in gestalterischer Hinsicht. Bei unserem 5-wöchigen Aufenthalt auf Martinique haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Viel Natur, Ruhe und ein wunderschöner Blick Richtung Fort de France und auf das herrliche Meer. Herausragend ist der offene Wohnbereich mit Anbindung an den Pool. Both the kitchen and the dining area are outside, as shown in the photo: a perfect intro into island living. Marie-Noelle and her husband were gracious and accommodating hosts. A car is essential. But the closest beach is only about a 5 minute drive away. The ranch Jack equestrian center is a short walk down the hill. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en Martinique et votre maison y a grandement participée. La villa correspond parfaitement aux photos mises en ligne (intérieur/extérieur), la vue sur la baie de FDF et l'anse à l'âne est à couper le souffle! De plus, la situation en hauteur de la maison est idéale pour chasser les moustiques grâce aux alizés. Les chambres, salles de bain étaient très propres, et globalement la maison est très bien équipée (linge de maison, cuisine, vaisselle... tout y est en quantité!) Un grand merci à la propriétaire Mme Grauby, disponible et très agréable. Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés, c'est parfait pour 3 couples ou 2 couples avec enfants.. Nous avons passé un extraordinaire séjour en famille dans cette villa. Nous étions 10 personnes (6 adultes et 4 enfants) et nous avions de l'espace. La piscine est grande. La vue sur mer (Anse à l'Ane) est époustouflante. La décoration est de très bon goût et toutes les pièces de la maison agréables à vivre. Quel bonheur de passer ses journées dehors à profiter du soleil, de la piscine et de la vue. La maison est très bien équipée et les propriétaires très agréables, serviables et joignables si besoin. Nous avons apprécié le calme, car pas de route passante aux abords de la villa. Une personne est passée à 2 reprises lors de notre séjour afin de nettoyer la piscine. Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui est un vrai havre de paix. Seul point négatif : les éviers et lavabos se bouchent régulièrement. ##### Marie-Line M. Les photos rendent même moins bien que la réalité. La piscine et la cuisine sont en fait beaucoup plus grande qu'elles n'y paraissent. Et la vue sur la baie de l'Anse à l’Ane est spectaculaire. Je pensais vadrouiller sur l'île plus souvent mais nous étions tellement bien dans cette maison, à bronzer près de la piscine, que finalement nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps. La décoration est très chaleureuse. On imagine bien qu'une famille vivait ici avant la mise en location. Beaucoup d'ustensiles ménagers. Très belle situation géographique. Beaucoup de calme. Les points négatifs : la chambre du bas sous la piscine sentait vraiment le renfermé et l'humidité toute la semaine. Je recommanderais donc surtout cet endroit pour les 3 chambres du haut. Le fond de la piscine n'était pas nickel, nous l'avons nettoyé nous-même en milieu de semaine bien qu'on nous avait dit que quelqu'un viendrait la nettoyer dans la semaine. ##### Marina G. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 6/10 Okay #### Bernard M. 30 Jan 2014 #### Titre trop idyllique Très belle maison ,bien équipée,mais souffrant de problèmes de maintenance (2 clim hors d'usage à notre arrivée et pendant 4 jours) ,de confort (lits de la chambre à 2 lits non adaptés à des adultes) et de nettoyage(barbecue repoussant,siphon d'évier à déboucher,filtres de la hotte,...); et celà malgré un nettoyage final onéreux . Ce n'est pas exactement la situation idyllique comme l'indique le titre de l'annonce. ##### Bernard M. ---
