Hello, we had booked an apartment in Trogir in Croatia during the period from 9 to 16 August 2019. When we arrived at the apartment it was not vacant and there were people living, it was shocking to us. We had to book another hotel for one night. The owner of the apartment promised us that we will get back money minimum for 5 nights for this mistake. On August 10, we had to check-in, we received no real towels for seven people, no toilet paper, etc. The owner lived under our apartment on the first floor, but still, we did not get help from him. Two last days we tried to get in touch with the owner or someone in charge of the apartment, but unfortunately, we couldn't find anyone in the place, all disappeared without cause or word. Our question is what would we do now? The owner received the payment for 7 nights, but finally, we only stayed there for 6 nights and we leave the apartment at 5 am on August 16th. "
