They are kind, courteous and always eager to help - whether it be with directions to the top restaurants in Trogir or for hikes and excursions. The rooms are exceedingly clean and well built with lots of tech (auto skylights, digital/smart thermostats) and new heat pumps. The views are also beautiful, whether you’re looking at the sea, or the canal. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the restaurant on site is fantastic as well. We’ve stayed here several times when flying in or out of Split. You’re in the pedestrian old town but very close to the road for transporting bags. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent amd provided a nice view of the city. An elevator would have been beneficial as we had plenty of luggage but were on thr 3rd floor. Our room for 3 was very tight, most likely a room for 2 made into a 3\. But still more than acceptable. However, no lift. The family room was large at the top. I would say also that normally it would be in a quiet location, but there was a music festival on just round the corner on the night we stayed. We arrived too early, but the room was ready and she gave us the keys right away. The room and bathroom were super clean. When we had to check out, we were allowed to leave our bags in the hotel for a few more hours while we walked around the city. Definitely worth recommending. Thank you for a lovely stay. Small hotell with few room, and nice restaurant downstairs. Close to everything in main Trogir. The room was really superclean (cleanest I evere seen), good bathroom and aircondition. Seems like a family driven hotel, but not sure. The staff is very communicative and helpful, even with kids. The location is inside Trogir wich makes parking hard, but they have agreement with parking nearby (10 min walk). We had really good stay here for our last day of vacation. It was very close to ferry drop-off. The refrigerator in the room had a problem getting cold enough. The window needs a black out shade or drapes. One of few available establishments offering included breakfast at our visit to Trogir. It's a more modern building with various types of rooms. Not being fully booked we got a appreciated upgrade to the top floor apartment (no elevator but slightly less noise from restaurant). The beds are a bit hard but that seems to be at a more mediterainian standard! We never used the apartment's AC unit nor the kitchenette. The location is I'd say very good, slightly off with less traffic and the steady stream of tourists, yet a short stroll from the Old town center. A 15 walk from the main bus station across the canal. Our charming landlady was very serviceminded and really made us feel comfortable & welcome! The breakfast might not include every choice possible but nicely presented and fully satisfactory. First time this week a large coffee turned out to be large!! We did have dinner at the restaurant as well and all thumbs up for service, food & size of a portion. Trogir is a good start or finish point of a vacation being located close to the airport. We'll for sure look for a room at this hotel next time our travel takes us to Split by air ##### Tomas Stayed 2 nights in May 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Michael 3 Jul 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Incorrect room allocation. I had a transfer confirmed, in writing by the hotel, which never arrived. I had to take an expensive taxi instead. That was not a big deal. Much more irritating was the room itself. I booked a triple comfort room with a sea view, which was confirmed. Instead, We were allocated a very small double room with no view at all. (1 super small window facing directly onto a brick wall 2 meters away.) I.e. No view at all.
