Triple Chair

The location is great, gelato, coffee, and multiple restaurants right outside the door. The lobby is beautiful and front desk staff are nice. When we arrived the key card system was down for the day. When we needed to get back into the room someone had to let us in. The staff was friendly and quick. Our room did not have working AC. We had to ask TWICE to get someone to look at it. The room was 90 degrees. The hotel was sold out and there was no where else to put us. They offered us half off for the night. My husband asked if they could upgrade us the following day instead when a room with AC opened up. Staff agreed and said he’d make sure we got a suite. They gave us a fan for the night. In the morning it was still 89 degrees in the room. When we switched rooms to our “suite” it had a couch, and two double beds. Our previous room had two queens. So for our inconvenience we gained a couch and smaller beds. As for the rooms, they are lipstick in a pig. First room had a broken window, second room had broken blinds. Lamps were finicky and bathrooms had peeling paint. There were no humidity/moisture uptake fansin the bathrooms. Outlets are very loose, plugs/cords came out of the wall with the smallest tug. Bathroom was teeny tiny, single sink with no counter, and mirror is the size of a medicine cabinet. Not the best for a family of four with two daughters.

European like rooms. No amenities. No coffee or tea in rooms. Very young crowd.

Location was helpful. Staff overcharged are card two times. Tv did not work, blow dryer broken( both after being replaced) broken furniture and looks warn down. Iron did not work for the 3rd time after being replaced. No comforter on the bed only a thin cheap Walmart looking blanket . I will be paying for more of a nicer hotel next time. Please don’t waist your money
