(1,006 reviews) Service and staff were awesome, but there are some internal issues to address. We stayed to get out of the snow storm on our way home to New York and found this place. After taking a shower, the shower was clogged and backed up, which was pretty gross and uncomfortable. However, the staff did come check it out and gave us a room to shower in. It was a bit inconvenient showering in one room while staying in another one. But, I do appreciate the fast responses from staff and their help. Overall, I would stay again when in Philly.
