Clean room, staff was very courteous, a/c worked great and parking was convenient and available. Wonderful value nd great location, near everything downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay---beautiful setting---nice pool. Bed was comfortable---towels smelled fresh. In the room were snacks and bottles of water. Can't get over how nice it was---will stay again!!!!

I enjoyed the Intercontinental Downtown San Antonio stay of 4 nights. The staff including the reception, bar on first floor, the Club Continental Buffet Breakfast and Happy Hour were delightful. There was a fire alarm at 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 27 and I walked down 452 steps as I was on the 21st floor. It turned out to be a false alarm. It occurred again around midday and finally, there was an announcement that it was false over the hotel intercom. I am elderly and suffered with leg cramps for several days after walking down the 542 steps. Also, the pool was closed for a special event over the weekend; Very significantly, there was no bell service available when I check out and therefore, I had to get a cart and put all my luggage on it, haul it to the elevator, get it to check out, and then push it to get my car at the valet.
