A little warm during the day due to direct sunlight, and a little chilly at night in the bedrooms where heaters are separate from the rest of the house, but otherwise quite lovely! Everything you would need was there. View is amazing. This is a four plex and on one of the bottom apartment is a daycare with lots of junk sitting outside . I called the property mgr to ask about the laundry situation prior before us leaving. He told me there was one, however it was so filthy and rusty looking. We were traveling for several weeks so having one was very important for us. Trinidad is a very nice quaint little town. Condo was nice, clean and in a great location with amazing ocean views. Property manager was very responsive. Only wish the listing would have stated that the washer and dryer were not located in the unit but shared / coin operated (quarters weren’t easy to come by). ##### Joe M. The view and sound of the waves was very calming. Hikes in the redwoods is always amazing. Local shops and restaurants were great. We even swung by the local museum to learn more about the history of the area.
