Shuttle service is excellent. Great service

The hotel is extremely clean and check-in process was one of the quickest I’ve ever experienced. Likewise, the checkout was simple and quick. The staff is pleasant and kind.

The staff was amazing. From reception to the young lady at the bar, the accommodating server on the rooftop. All of them made our stay so perfect and exceptional. I called for the ac to be turned off and it was sorted out immediately. Late check out was provided without hassle. Very welcoming and helpful. A great location.

The hotel is a real gem. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Nice to have a balcony to sit out on too. Breakfast was plentiful and a good range of options. Pool area was also great. Used this every day. We ate at Kava. Pizzas were excellent! Would 100% stay here again.

Overall an extremely pleasant experience.

Booked a night as a birthday present for my brother and sister-in-law, they were very impressed with the service, Cindy went above and beyond to ensure they were well looked after. Room was beautifully decorated, dinner, drinks and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend
