"We had a lovely stay in the Villa, it was mostly as described (except I explicitly asked if there were three double beds and assured there were, there wasn’t, there are two double beds). It had a few extras like foosball and ping pong tables plus balls for the pool. The facilities were great and the host was really lovely. "The apartment was clean and tidy. There were one or two gripes. There wasn't a kettle in the kitchen so we used the hob to boil water for coffee in the morning. Halfway through the holiday, the host offered to clean the apartment but at our cost and said that the linen change is scheduled regularly at no cost We said that we would keep the apartment clean during our stay. However, there was no linen change during our entire 2 week stay which we found strange. Apart from that, we had a good stay."

"Horrible experience! We waited in a car on the near by corner in getting neighborhood for 3 hours and host NEVER answered. We had to find a new place to stay at 7 pm at night. And I had to call Vrbo a few time to get refunded."

"Very good communication before and during stay. The owner met us at the property on arrival and delivered a very concise brief of the property and surrounding area. He also came in most days to service the swimming pool etc. The property is ideally located, only a 20 minute drive into Naples. Would deffinately recommend it to friends etc."

"The apartment was pretty perfect, very spacious, comfy bed, good shower, kitchen had all the bits and bobs you need plus more, tucked away so very quiet but very quick to get into town. As in the description quite a few stairs up but very manageable and in a very authentic bit of the city. Massimo was very quick to respond to queries before and during trip and made some excellent suggestions for food! Thankyou :D"

"It was a bit difficult to locate. Its known in the area as Mondo Suites. The exact address should also be provided. The managers were both excellent, very friendly and responsive. Units are huge and 2 bathrooms and very secure parking were a PLUS. Great place to stay after arriving via air or just before leaving - 5 to 10 munutes from airport."

"There were numbers of issues some were Vrbo’s. For example, VRBO did not list the city tax as part of the property rental fees, which we had to pay in cash upon arrival. Not a good way to do business. The apartment is located in a old residential building. We had to pay ten cents to use the elevator every time- not mentioned on the property description. The bathroom had chemical smells, shower was very small and had water drainage issues. We only stayed a few nights but will never use VRBO...
