I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Dresden Neustadt. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short visit. The location is convenient, close to the city centre and easy access to local shops.

The only thing I would say against this hotel is that, what they say they have and what they actually have, don't always match up: e.g. things that they said they offered on posters (inside the hotel) were not available when we asked for them, amenities that were clearly shown on photos of the rooms, were also not all present. Apart from this, the hotel is really welly situated close to all the central attractions, has excellent transport access, and easy access to multiple external food options.

"One room was nice. The other room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We requested a taxi for 4:15 am. The desk clerk said he would arrange it. The taxi never came and the nighttime contact numbers were recordings. We were luckily able to catch a bus to the airport."

"We’ve come here every year, it’s family friendly, has good connections to public transport and is in a green, lovely location. Disappointing service this time, the room did not get cleaned, apparently you have to book room cleaning?! Even with booking the room wasn’t cleaned, no clean towels or soap ..."
