Clean, spacious, and Cozy Basement Apartment for a memorable HomeAway experience

Finished basement with important amenities including private entrance/door, bedroom with a full-size bed and closet, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer, full bathroom with shower, spacious living room with full sofa set and enough space for a queen-size mattress to be used on the floor (we can provide the mattress upon request), a 55-inch wall-mounted TV, dining table with chairs for dining; private parking space for two cars, exterior security cameras all around the property; quiet and safe neighborhood with community/county public pool, baseball/soccer and soccer fields, as well as walking trails and a local beach/park that is well maintained by the local government (less than a 20-minute drive away).

Everything was clean and spacious. The host was very accomodating and excelled at communication. He made sure my stay was satisfactory and comfortable. I recommend this place!

Perfect for small group

This was nice, remodeled and clean. It’s a side entrance, finished basement but plenty of privacy. Owners communicated well and nice simple little place to stop on a trip.

Perfect location and great place to stay

Perfect location and great place to stay! Very clean and perfect for what we needed it for. I forgot my hair dryer and Alphonse offered to mail it to me at no extra cost to me. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Only issue was that on the amenities it says hot tub but there wasn't one. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Quantico.

I was very happy with this basement unit as i was working at Prince William Forest Park. Alphonse is a thoughful owner and asked me on more than one occasion if everything was okay and if there might be anything I might need. Highly recommend this property for any stay near Washington, DC.

Anniversary Trip

Excellent place to stay. Exactly as advertised n very clean. Alphonse messaged during the stay to ensure we had all that we needed and went above n beyond as a host leaving us a bottle of champagne n a card for our anniversary. Would stay again if ever in the area.

Apartment was easy to find and very clean. Host responded promptly to all communication and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Great for couples or singles and had everything we needed for our brief stay. Thermostat is controlled from upstairs, but host adjusted as needed.
