I loved the location. Easy to get to airport and the interstate. The rooms were clean. The staff very friendly and welcoming. The breaskfast was awesome. I had only one problem, the plug ins were very loose when it came to charging anything. Couldn't get it work in the bathroom. Other than that, the stay was great

There was a nightclub on the property in the restaurant and they started ridiculously loud music at 10 PM. When I called to complain I was just told “oh maybe we can close the doors.” The nightclub noise didn’t end until 2 AM which is ridiculous for a hotel. The entire floor I was on was shaking. Impossible to sleep through it! Would NOT recommend this hotel.

The staff was great. The rooms were clean but terribly outdated. The exterior grounds were over grown with weeds and garbage was blowing around everywhere. Only two flat pillows were provided and no blow dryer.

I called several times and letting it ring and ring and ring after landing from my flight and no one answered for shuttle service and I had to walk to hotel at night. The shower also didn't work and there was no ice available in the ice machines. Very disappointed.

If you are interested in leaving your vehicle through the duration of your trip, feel free to utilize our Park and Fly package that is only available when you book through the Red Lion. Our PNF package offers a discounted rate and qualifies for seven days of free parking. Our shuttle is available 24/7 for pick ups and drop offs.

For the price of this hotel, the so-called breakfast could have been so much better. The room we were given was literally next door to an inside bar/club. If you don't want to be awaken by party time, ask for another room, far away from the club. They partied all night but when i arrived back from my conference at 10:30pm the kitchen was closed. Tjrtr is the mega restaurant facility in the middle of the hotel entrance that is usless, and is just taking up space. They are open 2 or 4 hours M-F for i guess just lunch. Itd called seasons but don't get ypur hopes up. Its next to the airport whi h i gurss is convenient, however across the freeway are what I would call the orher side of the tracks. Honestly, this place is just old, extremely fated... and looks like despite the sign that suggests under renovations this place is like 30 fays from closing. Overall, if I had to go back to Pasco, I would definitely dtay again...BUT ONLY after having exhausted all orher options. It was conference referal. I assumed they would suggests better. Oh well, the staff was tremendous, so there's that. 😜

This place is overpriced for the quality of the facility and room. The bed was very squeaky and the bathtub didn't drain well so the shower water pooled up in the tub. It was a grimy, rundown place that was not worth the price. I will never stay at Red Lion again. The people who work there (front desk, breakfast host) were lovely.

Check-in and out was easy and staff and service is very good. We can hear the noise in the room, maybe from air conditioner or mini fridge. We have to turn them off to keep the room quite at night. Bed is too soft and not very comfortable.

Rooms were not clean, in bathroom, there was bug. In breakfast, most of the items were almost empty in half time and they did not care to refill them.

I will not advise another living soul to stay here. The whole place smells like the 1980s. It looks like the 1980s. My room smelled worse and the carpet in the corner was so stained it looks like a homicide happened that was poorly cleaned up. There was no outlet to plug the coffee make into unless I wanted to plug it in on the floor be the bed.. the knob in the shower was missing to set h the water from tub to shower. The parking lot is the most run down place I’ve ever seen. Never in my life will I be back here

I like that balcony and ability to sit outside make me feel like a home and not a hotel. I like that nice architecture of the building. But negative side, they did not empty trash cans or clean carpet around the rooms. People at counter were very nice and polite. I recommend, I will return.

This hotel felt like something out of The Shining. It was extremely old, dirty and run down. We rented a non smoking room in the tower and our room smelled like smoke and was in a 2 story building. The only “tower” that was on this property was a 3 story building and no part of this hotel looked as if it had been updated since it was built. The shower reminded me of a shower in a travel trailer with its plastic cover and low ceiling. There was a sliding glass door that had a hook as a lock. The only good thing was we could park right outside the sliding glass door and be able to see our car during the night. I would never stay here again and I would tell anyone that is considering it…RUN

Had a water leak in the room shortly after entering. Moved out our luggage so it could be addressed or we could be moved. We asked to be called with updates while gone but weren’t. When we got back we were told it had been fixed and so we grabbed our luggage and went back to the room to find the ceiling open, tools, and towels on the ground. Went back to the front desk to figure out what is happening. The changed our room but when we got there we saw it had one bed for 3 people. I called the desk about it and they brought up a rollaway. Never offered any compensation for any of it.

The room was run down. The room temperature was HOT (74 in the winter) and the only way to cool it down was by opening the first floor balcony door. It was miserable night sleep.
