"We couldn't be happier with our stay at this apartment. My wife and I with our two adult kids stayed for two nights. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Communication with our hosts was excellent. Only word of caution is that the unit is up 4 flights of stairs so if you are challenged with mobility you should probably avoid, but I think the listing was clear in this regard. I loved being so centrally located in the heart of old town and super close to the lake. Thank for a great stay....

"Very central location in the old town but still very peaceful in the apartment itself! Appreciated that there were 2 fans in the property and these were already on when I arrived! That was a lovely touch and very appreciated during a very warm period!! "

"Checking in was confusing in that you had to go to the lockbox at the apartment to get the clicker to enter the parking area. The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. The dryer stopped working because the water reservoir was full. Management explained the solution after we contacted them, but this should be in the instructions. The location is quite good and...

"Loved this apartment in the heart of Annecy! Completely surrounded by amazing shopping and dining and so close to the river! The space felt like such a reflection of the local culture and really maximized the square footage. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Nous avons eu une bonne communication avec le propriétaire par mail puis avec les dames gérant le logement. Elles ont été très disponibles et arrangeantes. Malheureusement, nous avons été déçues par l'environnement du logement. Les travaux évoqués dans le descriptif de l'annonce (ajoutés après notre réservation) sont juste en face du logement ce qui ampute la vue sur le lac qui est donc inexistante. "Very difficult to find the apartment. Stairs are very narrow and steep. The parking is far from the apartment. The apartment is hot even with the A/C working. Shower is very difficult to use because of the inclined roof. I would not recommend. It is better to go to the hotel : it is the same price, parking is easy, and near old Annecy and beach just like this apartment. "
