Very nice piol and pool area. There were grills to use and lots of seating. The rooms were very quaint. We had a studio and it was the perfect fit for us.

The bathrooms need work. The floors in the bathroom need to be buffed or something. Additionally, not everything is included in this “all inclusive” resort. You have to pay for the pool tables and game room. Also, you have to pay for room service - and not just the delivery fee. They charged us for the same food they put out from 11-2, as advertised, because they stopped putting food out at 1. $25 for a burger, when they were supposed to put food out until 2. As far as location, location was PRIME. The food in the restaurants was surprisingly decent. I highly recommend L’Olio. Also, one of the security guards, not knowing I speak Spanish, s

The food was absolutely delicious and excellent for all inclusive. The Elite Club Suite room we book looked great except that the room was dirty first day we walked in. There was hair on the floor, the counters weren't wiped down. You have to open the screen door towards the porch just to let some of the humidity out during showers, otherwise the smoke alarm will go off. The smoke alarm when off twice us having to stand on the bed to take a fan blower just to get the sound to go away. The humidity literally soaks the entire floor after showers. The vents aren't strong enough. Other than the room we did have a great experience in other areas.
