A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the gym and pool. My only negative was the habit that many Slovakian hotels have of using single beds and placing them together (while still made up as single beds) and claiming this to be a double or king bed. Thankfully the reception staff provided me with sheets to convert my singles to a double (sort of)

The property was in a quiet area but close for walking to cafes/restaurants. Being English speaking, the staff were great at answering all our questions in English.

One night in Slovakia
Decent hotel in a small town that only has large factories and corporations here. So mainly the hotel guests were visitors to the surrounding factories. But the hotel it fairly new and the bedroom was spacious and ok. Had a meal there in the evening and then breakfast and both were ok.

nice hotel for a night stay
hotel is in good condition and very nice stuff. massage is also good and very reasonable price. we have asked to change a room and they gave us another room very fast but in the morning we have noticed there is trash in the bin and toilet didnt have the sanitation ribbon like in the first room.. but guess its beacuse we switched room fast. location itself is quite boring, only stayed since we wanted something closer to Vienna on the return from Tatra mountains

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel...
Nice and modern hotel close to city center. Room is well equipped - even bathrobes are provided. Breakfast was included and the selection was adequate.

Sopiva pysähdys läpikulkumatkalla
Upea, hieno ja siistit saunat ja uima-allas ja kuntosali, mutta aamiainen oli melko niukka, 3 tähteä sille. Parkkipaikka ok, mutta lisähintaan. Vieressä kulki kapearaiteinen sähköistetty museorautatie. Hyvä huone ja näkymät parvekkeelta.

Das Hotel liegt etwa 100 Meter vom Zentrum entfernt. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist viel zu klein, als wir ankamen waren schon alle Parkplätze besetzt, somit mussten wir auf einem öffentlichem Parkplatz (kostenlos) parken. Ist gleich in der Nähe des Hotels, wir konnten unser Auto aus dem Zimmer sehen. Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, unser Balkon war das Hammer (entlang 2 Wände), die Matratzen im Bett waren ein bisschen weich für unser Geschmack. Ansonsten alles schön sauber. Reataurant und Lobbybar war sehr schön, sauber, Auswahl war auch genügend. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind mit einem 6-monatigem Baby angereist und unsere Extrawünsche wurden alle positiv erledigt. Wir hatten 2x auch Zimmerservice genutzt, das Essen wurde innerhalb 5 Minuten warm gebracht. Essen war sehr lecker und gesund uns günstig (12€ für Suppe, Hauptessen und Dezert). Vom Wellnesbereich haben wir Pool und Sauna genutzt, Wasser im Pool war für einen Erwachsenen angenehm Warm (30,5 Grad), für unser Baby hat aber leider nicht gereicht. Im großen und ganzen ist das Hotel empfehlenswert. Ich würde es nochmals buchen.

Worst hotel ever!
WiFi is a joke. Couldn't even get Facebook messenger to work not to mention emails. They close this place they claim to be a SPA at 8:30 pm. Food in the restaurant is as bad as in any other place in Slovakia, but twice as expensive. Air conditioning... yup, doesn't work either! Oh, and they do not pick up calls at the reception, so you need to go there in person. Every.Single.Time!!! STAY AWAY! Sleeping in a tent during a stormy weather is a better choice!

Thank you for your second visit in our hotel. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with staying at our hotel. We are trying to solve all our guest complaints immediately. To reinforce the wifi signal, we have additional equipment at the reception, which we provide on request. The climate is controlled centrally after the check-in at the hotel reception. We turn on or off the air conditioning regerding guestś requirements. With the meals most of the guests are satisfied, I don´t know exactly what the problem was, so we can not respond specifically. We will check your complaints and, if necessary, take specific action. We believe that despite the bad experience our hotel visit again.. The satisfaction of our customers is a priority for us as evidenced by the ratings of most customers who like to return tu us.
