  • Welcome to 'Mimi's Penty', a charming 18 m² studio with sea view, ideally located on the seafront in Trédrez-Locquémeau, on the Côtes-d'Armor coast. This cozy retreat sleeps up to 4 guests with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area.



    Enjoy the jacuzzi, available until October 15th, perfect for relaxing after a day by the water. The studio also features a private equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, free Wi-Fi, and a TV.



    Outside, a private terrace and shared garden let you make the most of the maritime setting. You'll also have a semi-enclosed south-facing area with a table, chairs, and an electric plancha—perfect for outdoor meals. A private parking space is provided right in front of the studio, and access is step-free.



    Bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen towels are included. Children are welcome, as are pets (up to 2).
