The village will offer you its hidden coves, its shaded paths, its picturesque fishing port and its pretty sandy beaches. Located at the edge of the protected natural site of "Domaine du Dourven", which marks the mouth of the Léguer river and constitutes one of the outposts of the ancient oppidum of Yaudet. You will appreciate the green, calm and restful environment (located in a dead end) of this house entirely renovated in 2015 and classified 3 \*\*\* FURNISHED OF TOURISM in March 2017, as well as the proximity of the fine sandy beaches of Kirio (5 minutes on foot) and Notigou (10 minutes on foot). Surrounded by a 750 m2 garden with trees and fully enclosed overlooking a superb sea view, the house can comfortably accommodate 8 people (4 independent bedrooms). Two cars will be able to park in an enclosed space inside the property. Free unlimited internet / WiFi access is available. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, a 40 m2 dining / living room opening onto the terrace via floor-to-ceiling windows facing the garden and the sea. The ground floor also includes a bedroom (Bedroom 1) with a large 140 \* 190cm bed, a bathroom with a sink and a large bathtub as well as a separate toilet. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3) each equipped with large 140 \* 190cm beds, 1 bedroom (Bedroom 4) with 2 single beds 90 \* 190cm. All rooms have a splendid sea view. A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet completes the floor. Shops located near the house (bakery 250 m away), mini-market, fishmonger, cafes, restaurant, hairdresser, doctor will make your stay easier and more pleasant. In summer, on the outskirts of the village, an organic market takes up its quarters every week. Many activities will be offered to you from the house: beach and idleness, water sports, walks on foot on the customs trails and the many coastal paths that border the coast or for the more sporty, the discovery of the GR34 (from Perros-Guirec to Locquirec via Locquémeau). Many bike rides or fishing trips on foot will end up enchanting you. For the amateurs of outings, Locquémeau has with the Café ’Café Théodore’ ’a friendly and festive place (many music concerts: Irish, jazz…). The painting gallery of the "Domaine du Dourven" presents throughout the summer exhibitions of contemporary art. For those who want to eat, the "Café du Port" offers a relaxed family atmosphere for lunch, dinner or simply taking a break while looking at the sea and the boats. The restaurant "Les Filets Bleus", located on the rocky point of Séhar, will welcome you to taste the best products from the local fishery (seafood, fish or seaweed) while contemplating a postcard landscape. In the region, many parties or festivals will make you discover the culture and the charm of Brittany. The views from the windows / terrace are beautiful, the area is magical with a very nice beach close to the house. The beach has some rocks (be careful, maybe wear watershoes), where you can find lots of interesting creepers and shells. Our children really enjoyed themselves on this beach. When the tide is out, the water is really quiet (at least it was in august) and we felt quite safe when we went into the water. The house itself was very clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The children and us also enjoyed playing table tennis, darts and table football, which was great because we didn’t have the best weather all throughout the week. Les principaux atouts de la maison sont indéniablement la vue panoramique sur la mer (et les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle), la terrasse et le jardin très bien entretenu. La maison est fonctionnelle et spacieuse, hyper propre. Das Haus liegt fantastisch ruhig und der Ausblick ist genial. Lydia hat uns sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen, alles war sehr sauber und bei der Einrichtung fehlt es an nichts. De ontvangst was fantastisch, ondanks dat we geen Frans spreken. Het huis is ruim en alles is aanwezig, wel zelf beddengoed en handdoeken meebrengen. De locatie is prachtig, iedere avond weer een prachtige zonsondergang. Supermarkt is 15-20 minuten rijden, baguette-automaat met krakend vers (en nog warm) stokbrood op 2 minuten rijden of lopend bereikbaar. ##### Suzanne J. Une fois arrivée sur place , la maison reflète parfaitement la description. Une vue dégagée face a la mer digne de carte postale vous accompagne toute au long de votre séjour. Le logement est totalement équipés , il ne manque de rien . La décoration est réalisé avec goût et on ce sens vite chez soit. La région est tout simplement magnifique. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter sous le soleil des divers randonnées du GR34 qui borde les côtes . Nous avons profiter également des ventes de crustacés sur le port de Tredez Locquemeau, un vrai régale . Les amoureux de nature , mer , tranquillité s’y retrouveront. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist wirklich wunderschön. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Einziges kleines Manko ist die Matratze im Kingsize-Bett. Sie ist sehr hart. Das Haus steht in einem kleinen Örtchen. Es gibt ein gut besuchtes Hafencafe/Restaurant, einen Brotautomaten und einen Cidreverkauf :). Die beiden Strände sind schön und innerhalb von ca. 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Es war wirklich schön und wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Sandra W. La situation de la maison est vraiment top, la vue sur la mer est magnifique et reposante. Super erholt konnten wir die Heimreise antreten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hat die Bäckerei in der Nähe inzwischen geschlossen aber am Campingplatz gibt es einen Baguettesautomaten. Durch die absolute Ruhe und das gute Bett konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Die Aussicht hat uns jeden Tag aufs neue fasziniert. Da wir inzwischen einen Hund haben können wir leider nicht wiederkommen. ##### Iris G. Bäder unzureichend für 8 Personen, da sehr klein; kaum Möglichkeiten, Handtücher unterzubringen; im unteren Bad kann man nicht duschen, ohne den gesamten Raum unter Wasser zu setzen. Sehr sympathisches, ursprüngliches Fischerdörfchen mit nettem Hafen und empfehlenswertem Restaurant (Les filets bleus) Keinerlei fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Zugang zu den Stränden eher beschwerlich ##### Martina K. On revient une belle vue sur la mer et le port. calme, réserve naturelle (où l'on peut faire de belles balades) à proximité. Une boulangerie à 250 m (malheureusement ils ferment le 30.9.2022 pour cause de départ à la retraite). les chambres sont spacieuses et en bon état. Jolie terrasse ! Peut-être du matériel de nettoyage supplémentaire fourni (stock) Le salon est moins confortable et une lampe de lecture serait utile.
