A recently renovated detached house, located in a quiet area near the port of Locquémeau (300m), the beach (150m) and the coastal path. The dining room and living room offer a beautiful view of the port and the bay of Lannion.

The house has three bedrooms, one on the ground floor, two bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The garden is closed, with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.

You can visit nearby Lannion and its market at 10 km, the Pink Granite Coast at 15 km (Perros Guirec and Ploumanach), the Isle of Bréhat at 30 km, and take part in the numerous summer activities all over the coast.

Rien à dire tout était conforme à ce qui était annoncé. Séjour très agréable. À recommander.

Déçu, aucun commerce alors que sur la réservation commerce à proximité, pas de boulanger pas d'alimentation. et payer l'eau et l'électricité en plus du loyer c'est la première fois que je vois ça, ça augmente la location...... si non satisfait de nos 15 jours heureusement qu'on n'a eu un temps super beau, mais tous les jours il faut prendre la voiture. cordialement Mr LAMBERT

Très bon séjour

Une semaine très plaisante, avec une jolie vue. Maison agréable et fonctionnelle (4 adultes, 1 ado, 1 enfant). Les environs sont à des distances raisonnables pour visiter (en voiture). Nous gardons un bon souvenir de ces vacances.

Vacances en Bretagne.

Belle maison avec vue magnifique sur la mer. Peu de plages baignables à proximité, la plus proche est une plage de galets. Sinon pour les belles plages de sables ils faut faire 5 km. Belle région avec plein de visites intéressantes à faire.

Super petite escapade à Locquemeau

Superbe petite maison pleine de charme; idéalement située proche de la côte de granit rose . Plein de bonnes adresses: la maison olivier à Ploumilliau et le Breizh shelter de Lannion ... Qu'une envie, y revenir sous le soleil !

Situation idéale

Joli logement bien situé avec très jolie vue. A quelques encablures de Perros-Guirec, dans un environnement maritime plus calme. La maison est très bien équipée et de nombreux produits courant a disposition, comme si chaque locataire avait laissé un petit présent pour le suivant. L’accueil du propriétaire et ses conseils précieux sont très appréciables aussi.

Charmant cottage

Très bon accueil. Logement conforme à la description dans un quartier très calme. A retenir pour visiter la côte de granit rose.Toute la famille a pu profiter selon ses désirs d'activités diverses (randonnée, pêche à pied, plage...). La météo n'était pas au rendez-vous mais très bons souvenirs de cette semaine, essaierons de revenir avec le soleil.

Beautiful Bretagne vacation

The house is very well equiped, and offers enough space for six people. Perfectly located for walking, biking and time on one of the beaches.The owner lives close by and supported very quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Une semaine reposante

Jolie maison dans laquelle on se sent bien. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La vue sur mer du salon (et de toutes les pieces) est extraordinaire et reposante. Belles balades avoisinantes surplombant ce petit village calme sans oublier son café du port très sympa. Bien positionnée pour visiter cette cōte de granite rose magnifique. Petites attentions charmantes du propriétaire à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons c’est certain!

Charmante maison en bord de mer.

Location idéale pour nos vacances, tant par l'hébergement que par sa situation géographique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très confortable et bien équipée, le propriétaire est fort sympathique et plein de bons conseils. Un coin de Bretagne a découvrir ou redécouvrir pour les amateurs de pêche à pied.

Ruhiges Haus mit schönem Blick

Schönes Haus für 4-5 Personen. Toller Blick vom Esszimmer aufs Meer. Leider ist die Terrasse auf der Rückseite. Wohnzimmer nicht geeignet für 5 Personen da nur Terrassen Lounge Möbel, die sehr unbequem sind. Ansonsten aber gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten und sehr sauber.

2ème séjour

SI le premier séjour n'avait été aussi idyllique, nous ne serions certainement pas retournés sur place. Si possible, il y aura un troisième séjour car le deuxième n'a pas démenti le premier. Lieu, toujours aussi charmant. Environnement magnifique et reposant. Maison : irréprochable avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et même plus. Idéalement située au calme, avec une très jolie vue sur mer. Hôte très accueillant. Vivement recommandé surtout poue les familles.
