Certains équipements sur l’annonce n’existent pas. Il est proposé un logement isolé avec des photographies panoramiques de la vue du logement sur le bord de mer. Hors, le logement se trouve dans un lotissement et bien à l’écart avec une vue qui n’a rien avoir.De plus, on avance une maison individuelle isolée lors de la réservation, alors qu’il s’agit d’un bâtiment avec deux logements différents en même temps au même endroit et bruyant. Il y a également des cafards dans le gîte. Même dans la cuisine sur les plans de travail. C’est dégoûtant. Une location où l’on fait payer 908uro pour une semaine avec en plus une remise de chèque de caution de 400 à l’arrivée. Le paiement de l’eau et de l’électricité aujourd’hui au propriétaire au moment du départ. J’ai fait part de mon mécontentement à la propriétaire de tous ces problèmes qu’elle a elle-même reconnu et constaté. Elle en est restée indifférente. C’est lamentable!!!! J’estime avoir été victime d’une escroquerie à la location pour laquelle je me réserve le droit de déposer plainte, comme cela est prévu par la loi , en vertu de l’article 121-2 du code de la consommation. Je précise avoir signalé tout ce qui précède à ABRITEL. J’ai la possibilité des photographies de cette location. En bref, ça restera un souvenir de vacances avec beaucoup de recoeur. J’ai le sentiment d’avoir été lésé, trompé. Die Außenbereiche sind voneinander getrennt. Man merkt die "Mitbewohner" nicht. Das Haus ist ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten waren zum Zeitpunkt der Anreise bereits bezogen, das Objekt sehr gut gereinigt. Man kann aus der Ferne das Meer sehen. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs. An den großen Stränden sind Hunde in der Hauptsaison verboten. Jedoch befinden sich in ca. 800 m Entfernung 2 idyllische, nicht überlaufene, kleine Strände. In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man einen gut sortierten Bäcker mit ausgezeichneten Öffnungszeiten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist in Französisch, auch mit mangelnden Kenntnissen ist eine gute Verständigung möglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison dans un cadre calme et agréable. De plus on y bénéficie d’une belle vue sur l'océan et le coucher de soleil. !!! La maison offre tout le confort et le nécessaire pour cuisiner et se reposer ! Jardin très agréable avec coin repas, coin apéro avec fauteuils et table basse, et le barbecue ! Nous en avons largement profité! Chambres spacieuses et lumineuses. De plus très bien située, nous à permis de découvrir la cote rose de granit et de découvrir les iles de Batz et de Bréhat et les nombreuses plages de la cote. Le logement - pour 2 adultes et deux enfants - est bien équipé. Il ne manque rien (par exemple dans la cuisine). Calme et propre. 10 minutes jusqu’ à la plage du Kirio. Bon contact avec le locataire. Tout est comme présenté dans l’Internet. Nous pouvons recommander ce logement, Trédréz-Locquémeau et toute la région Côte de Granit Rose - non surpeuplé avec touristes, belles plages, bonnes randonnées au sentier des douaniers, bons restaurants, supermarché à 10 minutes distance en voiture….).
