  • Agence Cocoonr offers this charming single-storey 70 m² house with shared swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 2 travellers. It comprises a pretty 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included. We look forward to seeing you!

    The accommodation comprises
    - A 45 m² living room with bay windows, sofa, TV and dining area.
    - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
    - Bathroom with shower and WC
    - A spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), linked directly to the living area via an interior opening.

    Communal area :
    - Shared indoor swimming pool (unheated - 4 x 9 m) open from April to October.
    - Terrace and garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
    - Fully fenced olive grove
    All these areas are shared with the owners and their pets.

    This south-facing house is ideally located in Travaillan, in a very pleasant setting. All essential shops, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

    Transport:
    If you choose to come by car, you can park for free directly in the house's private car park.

Zuerst möchten wir uns für die äusserst späte Bewertung entschuldigen.Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.Das Schlafzimmer ist vom Rest der Wohnung getrennt und nur aussenherum erreichbar. Ist nicht immer praktisch, aber auch kein Problem.Der lichtdurchflutete Wohnraum und die grosszügige Terrasse bieten einen tollen Blick auf den Olivenhain. Der (gedeckte) Pool ist super und gleich neben der Terrasse.Bad und Küche sind sehr klein, aber zweckmässig.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, dennoch für Tagesausflüge (Orange, Nîmes, Aix, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Avignon etc.) gut geeignet.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Klare Empfehlung!

Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer une famille formidable et de séjourner dans un endroit paisible et agréable. Nous recommandons le gîte les yeux fermés !! Mille mercis pour tout."

Gîte du Mas Saint Paul Lucie und Baptiste mit ihren 3 Kindern, 2 Hunden und einer Katze waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber! Das Haus und die angrenzende Wohnung liegt zwar auf dem Land, aber die Umgebung mit den vielen Weinfeldern ist herrlich. Die Privatsphäre wurde jederzeit gewahrt. Das Auto steht im abgeschlossenen Innenhof. Eine Einladung zum Apero war sehr feundlich und unter der Platane im Innenhof war es supergemütlich. Mit einem Mix aus Englisch und Französisch hatten wir einen gute Zeit. Die Wohnung – besonders der Ess-/Wohnbereich – ist mit raumhohen Fenstern, die man zur Seite schieben kann, hell und freundlich. Das Schwimmbad ist dank Überdachung auch am frühen Morgen und bei nicht so warmer Witterung optimal. Das Bad ist klein aber ausreichend. Die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein schöneres Geschirr und (Wein-)Gläser wären optimierbar. Alles in allem 4 herrliche Tage. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. MERCI BIEN!

Gîte du Mas Saint Paul "Heerlijke gite 🙂 Ligging ten opzichte van bereikbare streken zoals Drome, Ardeche, Mont Ventoux en te midden van Cotes du Rhone wijngebieden. Zeer rustig gelegen Gite tussen wijn- en olijfgaarden met sympathieke eigenaren, zijnde Lucie en Baptiste die zeer gastvrij zijn. 🙁 Enig minpuntje: slaapkamer zonder toilet alleen buitenom bereikbaar."
