"This house was great for my family and I to stay while visiting Nuremberg. Communication was clear and fast with a reply. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space to spread out and have a good time. The garden area and upper balcony were bonuses and nice to sit out with a coffee or beer to enjoy the day. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, wobei wir nicht gekocht haben.Es gibt, anders als in der Anzeige beschrieben , nur ein Badezimmer und eine Gästetoilette, weshalb ich nicht die volle Sternezahl vergeben kann.Parken am Haus ist nicht möglich, aber in der Straße war immer was frei."

"Sehr gut organisierte Übergabe des Hauses. Haus ist interessant renoviert und hat auch einen großen Garten, den wir zwar aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht nutzten, aber dennoch als gut empfanden. Hier kann man sicher gut seine Hunde laufen lassen, da alles eingezäunt ist. Im Winter ist es leider eher schwer, das Gebäude gut warm zu halten, da aus wohl baulichen Gründen nur Infrarotheizungen vorhanden sind und gleichzeitig das Gebäude nicht sehr gut isoliert zu sein scheint. "Reception staff ignored me standing there whilst getting herself a drink and faffing, when her colleague became available more than 5 mins later, she then said to see the one who had stood ignoring me. After a very long drive all we wanted was to drop the bikes and park the car then head to the room. No she wouldn’t let either happen until I have taken the bag to the room. After 10 ish hours in the car I didn’t need it. The night porter was lovely and went out his way to listen and help. Breakfast… food couldn’t fault, but had to go hunting for staff to ask if needed room number and where to sit etc. then hunt for a clean table, we went in pre 9am and the amount of dirty tables and stuff on the floor was a joke for a 4* Location- brilliant Night staff - brilliant Room cleanliness - brilliant Reception staff, and breakfast cleanliness turned it from a 4* to a 2*"
