"The hotel s excellent - exceptionally located, very well maintained, lovely rooms and facilities and extremely helpful staff Our room was in a a secondary building located 100 meters away from the main one. The room was excellent - only little snag is there is no lift and the stairs are a bit steep. Can be a bit of an issue for people with limited mobility Otherwise - 5 star all the way!"

"Helpful receptionists & always replied to any questions I sent them vis email! Room was decent although couldn’t find any English channels on the tv! Bathroom could do with some hooks on door to hang clothes whilst showering! Breakfast was good with choice of cooked meats, scrambled eggs, fruit, yoghurt & coffee! Hotel situated within easy reach of the centre, either by walking or by tram. All in all the hotel was a good choice!"
