The stay at this hotel was by far one of the best. Antonio at the front desk was so helpful, he went out of his way to upgrade us for our 10th year anniversary. Antonio went the extra mile to take us into town, print itinerary for the rest of our trip in Switzerland. The hotel history is rich in culture with amazing amenities. The priceless views over looking the landscape at this hotel is something out of God’s personal photo album. If you have a chance to visit ask for Antonio and he will take great care of you meticulously.

The room and staff was awesome. Excellent service and the location is perfect. However, needs improvement. The first thing they need to improve is the communication. They need to provide better instruction and guidance. They need to explain how the purchased food works. They need to let the guests in advance that they need to make reservations for diner. They need to improve the wifi connection, it was very badly.

Excellent property. The ballroom and reception area were very antiquated and well maintained. Definitely get the deluxe double room with balcony for the best views on both sides of the hotel.

Hotel is convenient and nice. However they no longer have a coffee machine in the room. Now you have to go to lobby and use a machine there and pay with credit card. In the past they had a The nespresso in the room for free.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing and super helpful. My room was clean and suitable for me. The shuttle service was prompt and an added bonus! I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again on future visits.
