"Ground floor accessible room was very clean and bathroom was good for anyone with mobility issues. The bed was only a double. Very pleasant staff. Parking good and secure. Very basic room amenities. Microwave and vending machines available. Bar and restaurant open. Food mediocre and limited choice. Very good access from motorway but surrounding area is an industrial estate. Good value if all you want is a bed overnight with safe parking."

"I stayed at the new Annex so everything is nice and Zen. There are no toiletries so please take note. It is really just opposite of Neuchatel station separated by a small road. If I were to nickpick, I hope that they can rotate at least one of the dishes at breakfast. I stayed facing the river. Oh, it has air conditioning that works how you want it to be so it will be great for Summer."
