The room was very clean and had a great view. The staff was really helpful. You do have to park across the street, but if you don’t mind walking couple minutes this place is great.

The property was very central to the Graslin area with plenty of nearby places to eat.
The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful when asked for advice re using the public transport system, places to visit, where to eat etc.
The breakfast in the hotel was adequate but for the price could have been better.

Amazing beautifully decorated and luxurious room, with Toto toilet (iykyk). Great views of park. Staff was very nice, polite, welcoming.

Very nice. Had to switch rooms because the air conditioner didn’t work but got a much nicer room with a view of the river. We got free parking because of the VIP thing so saved 14. Breakfast was a 12 euro buffet, we skipped because we don’t eat that much for breakfast.

The photos are misleading and deceiving, you are staying in a new barn conversion and nothing to do with the Chateau and paying a PREMIUM. You cannot even go into the Chateau area and house as the family lives there. ALL photos of the Chateau should be removed as this gives you a false impression ...

Nice large Apartment/ rooms with a sofa bed for the kids and a kitchenette. The Breakfast had a great selection. The staff were helpful and spoke French and English. The Hotel is excellently located in the centre of Le Mans with parking available on the street or at a cost in a secure car park.
