The entrance is at first floor level with external access via stairs. Both the kitchen and the living room boast the best views in Tramore. The kitchen opens onto a balcony which is ideal for relaxing and taking in the spectacular views. Within walking distance of all amenities including the Lady's Slip access onto the beach, the amusements, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and much more. Secure private parking. The space The accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms, a single bedroom on the first floor, a double bedroom on the second floor and on the third floor, a large mezzanine bedroom with a king size bed. On the first floor level a beautiful deigned kitchen opens out onto a balcony overlooking the beach. On the second floor the double height living room overlooks the beach through large patio doors with a Juliette balcony. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower. Sleeps 5 guests. Secure car parking provided. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe und wer takeaways mag, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Man kann im Meer baden oder am Strand spazieren gehen.
