"Beautiful room, unfortunately a number of of tv channels didn’t work. I ate in the restaurant, it was fine but nothing to rave about. They could have done with another member of staff helping in the bar."

"An amazing experience from start to finish and the perfect location in Tralee within walking distance to city centre. Bar service was great with reasonable prices and breakfast was one of the best we have had in Ireland as well. Definitely will be the only hotel we choose for future Tralee and Kerry trips."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. "
