Sleeps 2-4 We Strongly advise Travel Insurance offered thru VRBO due to STRICT cancellation policy. Beautiful Riverfront Cabin sleeps 2-4, (2 small kids/ 2 adults). Located on Hwy 62/Crater Lake Hwy, this large studio cabin sits on 200' of the picturesque Upper Rogue River and less than an hour drive to the beautiful Crater Lake National Park. Cabin sits upstairs and completely remodeled 2019, using all new furnishings, linen, kitchen items, dishes, decor and much more, using beautiful rich colors to create a rustic theme throughout. Sleeps up to 4 persons w/quality memory foam top mattress and convertible leather futon. Futon for (2) two smaller kids, or 1(One) adult as it opens horizontal ( in half), not vertical. Open living and sleeping area with beautiful river view. Fully equipped kitchen with dinette set comfortably sits 4\. A bar with 2 old fashioned tractor bar stools. A full size bathroom, tub/shower combo that includes a small window w/ river view. Outdoor counter height patio chairs on small wrap around deck. Chairs/Tables, small fire pit & BBQ grill on ground level. You must be able to ascent/descend stairs as Cabin is upstairs above a vacant two car garage. Garage contains a Washer and Dryer for guest use only. Also, garage can be a place to store your CLEAN fishing or dry water gear. Throughout, you will find this clean#classy#cabin adorned with rustic charm. Central Air Conditioning and Heat will be set to Auto for your comfort year round. Small assortment of board games, videos and books are available for use. There is Wifi, NOTE: NO TV Cable service. COUNTRY Wifi - means we have no control over speed or rare outages. Located on Hwy 62/Crater Lake Hwy & across from Hwy 227\. Locally; grocery market, Dollar General, Book store, gift/flower shop & Restaurants. About 15 min to Walmart & 25 to Costco. Great for families, locals, couples or groups. The Rogue River is world-famous for fishing, rafting, breathtaking scenery but limited for swimming due to its cold temperature and swift downstream currents. No direct river access on property. A very short drive to nearby parks that have areas for launching boats/rafts or other, wading, splashing, swimming for the brave. Property offers bank fishing only, bring our own gear or rent it locally and enjoy the gorgeous, scenic views. Great for small families, locals and couples. The Rogue River is world famous for fishing, rafting, breathtaking scenery, but limited for swimming due to its cold temperature and swift downstream currents. NO direct river access for boats or rafts on property, but it's a very short drive to nearby parks that have an area for launching, wading, splashing and swimming for ones who can brave the temperature. River is not for swimming due to size, currents and temperature. Property offers bank fishing just a few feet from your Cabin. We came for Crater Lake but loved this location for its cozy and relaxing feel. We loved sitting on the deck each morning watching the river roll by with coffee. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We spent a day at Crater Lake, took a jet boat and trekked to see the waterfalls around Southern Oregon. The property and the view are amazing. It was so nice to wake up to the river every morning and spend time sitting along the bank in the afternoon. The geese also greeted us one morning, it was nice watching them.Very nice place! The only suggestion I would make to the owner would be to put a king bed in there, plenty of room for it. We enjoyed watching rafters and fishermen float by as we relaxed in the huge backyard and on the outside deck.The inside of the cabin is a very clean and nicely decorated open space with kitchen/dining, living and queen bed and a nice size bathroom off the kitchen. Gas does not get to elements. Needs repair. Also lighter is out. Beautiful and relaxing. I did buy some pan spray and left it as there was no cooking oil or pan spray. Loved the cabin and the stay. The place was great, loved sitting on the balcony and watching the river. Even got to sit through a rainstorm. The place is well stocked but we did add a couple of items we needed. Was disappointed there was no ability to touch the river but didn’t diminish our stay. Could easily fish but that is not my thing. Would definitely stay again. Looked for accommodations closer to the Park, but those were far more expensive and not near anything but the Park. Property was clean, fairly new and reasonably equipped. And, it was right on the banks of the Rogue River with great views. Only “downside” was no cable; just DVDs. We were there to explore the park, however, so by the time we returned and went out for dinner in Shady Grove, there was really no time for TV! ##### Joseph R. Sitting on the huge deck watching the river flow was the high point of the room. So close to everything, waterfalls, lakes and of course Crater Lake was a short drive away even though we picked the wrong weekend and couldn't get up to the rim because of snow. Sandy was super helpful with things to do and see and I very much enjoyed talking with her when we first arrived. We will be going back in the summer to hopefully be able to see Crater Lake and would love to stay here again. Be aware though, if you have a loudly snoring SO, bring a noise machine as it is a studio, we survived lol. ##### Jenna F.
