Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. The staff were lovely, especially the reception team, who were very welcoming. The same level of friendliness wasn’t always reflected by the housekeeping team, but overall the service was still good. Breakfast was a real highlight — very enjoyable — and the water machines on each floor offering unlimited sparkling, cold, or room-temperature water were a great touch. One thing to note is that the spa and facilities close at 12 each day, which we weren’t aware of in advance, and they also fully close by 9pm in the evening. Additionally, as there were quite a few families with children staying, areas like the gym and spa/swimming facilities could feel a bit busier at times. This may be worth considering if you’re looking for a quieter, more adult-focused environment. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the view of Giewont from our room.
