We arrived really late at night for only a one night stay. Reception was quick with check in and helped us park. One of the rooms had issue with its electricity. The gentleman who showed us to the room sorted it out quickly. He also provided a spare bed for one of kids very quickly. Breakfast was decent. The attendants were bit overwhelmed but still dealt with the morning rush with smiles. To top it all off, my wife left her iphone in the room. An hour after check out we got a call from the hotel informing us about the phone. So all in all only one night but excellent hotel with exceptional staff.

Our paid breakfast was denied by the hotel staff and we had to go outside for breakfast every day, they insist that our reservation has no breakfast, also there is no parking spaces for our car on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday night because the hotel has a night club party's on these nights.

Guler yuzlu hizmet

Otelin konumu, temizligi, hizmeti cok iyiydi. Ozellikle resepsiyonundan, temizlik gorevlisine, teknik personelinden, restauranttaki gorevlilerine kadar herkes guler yuzlu ve aninda taleplerini sorunsuz karsiliyorlar. Yine Trabzona yolum dusse tereddutsuz tercih edecegim bir otel.
