I’d like to make a small feedback according to the staff of that hotel, specially to Araya (if I’m not mistake 😫 cuz 24 hours without a sleep might make me remember names not so well) anyway I’m talking about the girl receptionist who helped us all day long with a lagguage, breakfast, city places, she even ordered a taxi for us a couple of times because we don’t have a local sim-card and didn’t even know how to do it without an application. She answered all my questions about the city, exchange, shopping and all others, thanks God u worked that day, cuz I don’t know what we could do without u, you’re the best ❤️ I would like to express my deep gratitude to the employee of your hotel and draw the attention of senior managers to the exemplary and excellent work of the administrator.
