I’d like to make a small feedback according to the staff of that hotel, specially to Araya (if I’m not mistake 😫 cuz 24 hours without a sleep might make me remember names not so well) anyway I’m talking about the girl receptionist who helped us all day long with a lagguage, breakfast, city places, she even ordered a taxi for us a couple of times because we don’t have a local sim-card and didn’t even know how to do it without an application. She answered all my questions about the city, exchange, shopping and all others, thanks God u worked that day, cuz I don’t know what we could do without u, you’re the best ❤️ I would like to express my deep gratitude to the employee of your hotel and draw the attention of senior managers to the exemplary and excellent work of the administrator. We found the necessary kitchen utensils in the kitachen and there was a big refrigerator. The location was good, as there are bars, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. There was free street parking around the corner.Reception was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Check-in and check-out wer super easy.
