I expected a much higher level of finish for the room, but it was certainly worked on and stayed in and it showed quite a bit. Couch had stains, walls showed patches, bathroom floor needs a better cleaning job... Just mid for what I paid.

This is a great hotel if your visiting the Victoria Pittsford area Bar area is fun Rooms are clean Some upgrades underway Elevator was a bit of an issue but they are making improvements

Staff was awesome, atmosphere was great. I’m not sure if this was a one off but there were trash bags(?) in the middle of the hallway. Not a huge deal but a bit odd. The restrooms have shampoo and shower gel, but no conditioner. If you have sensitive hair you’ll want to bring your own or find somewhere nearby that sells conditioner… Room was super comfy and in general my stay was great
