"The room was large but very run down, as was the ensuite. The paint on ceilings and walls was chipped and peeling. The kitchen was messy and i didn't use it once. The other tenants were freindly and kind. I think it would be good for the host to spend a bit on maintenance of the property. I wouldn't recommend unless you're desperate. "

"Minus10 stars. I was expecting a BNB (although I have never stayed in one before). No air conditioning, No private TV, one in the lounge area (?), broken power cord not working, no chairs. The house had; I think seven bedrooms all appeared to be occupied by either FIFO's or students. One bathroom between all. On the second day, the bathroom was unusable because it was being painted. There was a sign that was not there when I left in the morning, saying that guests could use the owners bathroom...

"Extremely convenient as it is close to many kid friendly breweries, wineries and restaurants. Hosts are very helpful and their dog is super well behaved and cute. We would definitely return to this accomodation on our next Swan Valley vist."
