(181 reviews) When we arrrived it was a chilly -21°F and was very pleased that there was underground parking. When we went to our room and opened the door it was a brisk 50°F! I think they knew what room they were going to give us as we booked it earlier in the day and arrived about 9pm. The room could have been prewarmed a little bit. We turned the heat up to 70°F and had to sleep fully clothed as there was no extra blankets. By 5am the room was still only at 68°F and never reached 70°. We checked out at 5:30am and decided the heated seats in our car and a gas station coffee would be better than waiting for the free breakfsat at 6am. (1,503 reviews) This was the last stay on a 3 week road trip, and, by far, the best stay we've had! The staff was amazing, coffee and tea 24 hours, extremely clean room and facility, which was so appreciated! This was also the first pet friendly hotel that actually cleans up after people that don't. Every hotel we stayed at we were dodging "landmines" every time we took our girl out. Makes you wonder what they actually do with the pet fees they collect because it sure doesn't go towards keeping the grounds or rooms clean.
