"On arrival, we were given our check in card but weren’t given any information (e.g breakfast/ dinner/ gym). The rooms aren’t soundproofed i could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms. The hotel is near a supermarket and a lovely park which were fun to explore, but compared to other hotels I visited it felt a bit tired. "

The outer wooden door to my hotel refrigerator was not in a good state and the sliding door of the wardrobe didn’t work properly. Also the outdoor pool was empty and looked unsightly. The staff are absolutely excellent, friendly helpful and professional."
