With a surface area of 130 m², it can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of approximately 4,800 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels at an additional cost, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: \- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchair, fireplace, dining room \- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- An office \- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and wardrobes with hangers \- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobes with hangers \- A bathroom with shower \- A separate toilet Upstairs: \- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobes with hangers \- Bedroom 4: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobes with hangers An outbuilding is also available on request. Outside: \- An 8x4 swimming pool (private, unheated), open from June to the end of October \- A beautiful enclosed private garden of 4,800 m² \- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally located in Tourgéville, in a very pleasant rural setting. You will have access to all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Deauville and the beaches are only 10 minutes away. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (2 vehicles). For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: \- Nearest train station: Deauville - Trouville, about 8 km away \- Nearest airport: Caen, about 58 km away Other remarks: \- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner).
