Le Paisible is a thoughtfully renovated studio on the ground floor of a quiet, secure residence in central Toulouse. Natural light fills the open-plan living space throughout the day, creating a warm and restful atmosphere.



The sleeping area features a comfortable double sofa bed dressed with quality linen, while the compact yet fully equipped kitchenette includes an induction hob, microwave, fridge and everything you need to prepare simple meals. A modern shower room with toiletries rounds out the space.



Free Wi-Fi keeps you connected for work or planning your next outing, and a communal bicycle storage room is available in the building. The studio sits on a peaceful courtyard-facing lane, so street noise is practically non-existent — exactly the kind of calm that earned it its name.

The Neighborhood:

Le Paisible sits on a quiet lane just off Place Jeanne d'Arc, one of Toulouse's most pleasant neighbourhood squares lined with cafés and bakeries. The Jardin des Plantes and the Grand Rond are a ten-minute stroll south, perfect for a morning jog or a lazy afternoon in the shade. The Canal du Midi towpath begins barely fifteen minutes on foot, ideal for walking or cycling. Rue du Taur and Place du Capitole, the beating heart of the city, are less than a kilometre away and packed with restaurants, boutiques and street life. Daily grocery shopping is easy with a Carrefour City and several independent shops within a few hundred metres.



Getting Around:

Jeanne d'Arc metro station (line B) is a three-minute walk from the studio, giving you direct access to Jean Jaurès, the rail stations and the wider Toulouse network. Line A is one stop away at Jean Jaurès for connections to Capitole, Esquirol and beyond. Several bus routes also serve the neighbourhood. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is reachable in around thirty minutes by taking the metro to Palais de Justice then the airport shuttle. By car, the city-centre ring road and the A61/A62 motorways are easily accessible.
