The kitchenette is equipped with an electric hob, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a kettle and a full set of cookware and utensils. The bathroom includes a glass-enclosed shower cabin, a basin with mirror and a toilet.
Air conditioning cools the studio during the warm months, while electric heating maintains a comfortable temperature in winter. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. The studio covers approximately twenty-one square metres, making it an ideal base for one or two guests exploring Toulouse on a short or extended visit.

The Marché Saint-Cyprien, one of Toulouse's best covered markets, is a ten-minute walk north. Place du Capitole sits around two and a half kilometres away, reachable in about twenty-five minutes on foot or ten minutes by métro.
Getting Around:
The Arènes métro station on line A is approximately five hundred metres from the apartment, roughly a six-minute walk. From there you can reach Jean Jaurès in three stops and Capitole in four. Buses run along the nearby avenues and connect to Toulouse-Blagnac Airport via the airport shuttle at Compans-Caffarelli. The Gare Matabiau train station is accessible in about fifteen minutes by métro. If you arrive by car, street parking is available in the surrounding streets and a paid car park operates close to the Arènes.
