Le Castelet is fully equipped and comfortable. This very cosy apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small residence of the most quiet. The metro line B "Saint Michel Marcel Langer" is at 7min walk. You will be in the heart of the Busca district and close to the city center, with very fast access to bus lines L4, L7 and 44. The room in mezzanine is equipped with arrangements and a bed linen two places (140x190).

The Cocoonr Agency:

The accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Toulouse and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will present you the apartment, its functioning and will give you the keys.

Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed is made on your arrival.

To start your stay, we offer you some coffee pods, tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Le Castelet has been designed by an architect, equipped with beautiful materials, stones, beams and wood to offer you a warm interior. Its geographical situation will allow you to discover the city very easily.

Le Castelet "🙂 Logement bien équipé. Spacieux. Proche du centre ville. Lit confortable, nos nuits se sont bien passées. Tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. 🙁 En cas de forte chaleur, il serait bien d'avoir la climatisation. Il serait aussi préférable d'avoir des toilettes non loin de la chambre."

Le Castelet Séjour très agréable, logement correspondant aux photos affichées sur l’annonce (l’appartement est cependant moins lumineux que sur les photos qui ont été retravaillées), les nombreux équipements annoncés étaient présents et fonctionnels. L’accès est facile en voiture comme en transports en commun, le quartier est très calme et dispose de toutes les commodités à moins de 100m (boulangerie, supérette, pharmacie, restaurant, etc.) L’agence co-gérante Cocoonr est très arrangeante et la communication est facile et rapide. Pour rebondir sur un autre avis notifiant que le lit n’était pas confortable, le matelas à sûrement dû être changé parce que ce n’était absolument pas le cas. Pour pointer les aspects moins élogieux : les murs présentent quelques tâches par endroits, certaines plinthes ne tiennent pas au mur et la douche et le lavabo de la sdb étaient bouchés à mon arrivée (ils sont débouchés maintenant). Bien qu’un peu tarabiscoté, le logement présente un charme certain.

Le Castelet "🙂 Los armarios y la cocina. Había muchos enchufes 🙁 El dormitorio, incómodo (cama en el suelo), abuhardillado y me pase los cuatro días encorvado ya que me daba con el techo. El cuarto de baño con el inodoro en el piso de abajo y el resto en el piso de arriba y todo muy estrecho excepto la ducha. No había ascensor y no estaba avisado y con una escalera muy incómoda. Interruptores de la luz mal situados, no se podía apagar la luz desde la cama ni leer en ella. En general muy escasa iluminación."

Le Castelet "Pas bon de tout! ATTENTION!!! Le lit n’est pas confortable de tout, le matelas est déjà très utilisé, pas fermé, donc ne soutient plus le dos. Au but de 3 nuits moi et mon mari avons mal au dos et n’arrivons plus à dormir. (Réserve de 23 jours) L’agence Cocoonr n’était pas réactif, aucune solution ne même pas une réponse dans un délai raisonnable (moins de 12h). On a eu besoin d’acheter un matelas gonflable pour dormir pendant 5 jours qu’on demandait le remboursement, puisque pour eux ils ne changeront pas le matelas. Grâce à Airbnb et Aircover on a réussi sortir de là et la situation. Le fil à linge est mal placé, il bloque lá porte de la salle de bain. Donc je ne conseille pas de utiliser la machine à laver. —— Not good at all! WARNING!!! The bed is not comfortable at all, the mattress is already very used, not closed, so no longer supports the back. After 3 nights my husband and I have a back pain and can't sleep anymore (23 days of reservation) Cocoonr didn’t helped."

Le Castelet El anfitrión fue muy bueno! En general, gran lugar para vivir! Como recomendación diría que modernicen un poco más la cocina. La relación calidad-precio no me pareció la mejor, sin embargo pasé un muy buen momento en este lugar. Lo recomendaría a quienes buscan un espacio tranquilo para vivir.
