Located on the first floor of a completely refurbished building, it comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, two bedrooms with dressing rooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4\* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. Super sauber, sehr gute Betten/ Matratzen. Die Lage ist zentral, man kommt zu Fuss in 10' ins Stadtzentrum. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war unkompliziert, wir wurden persönlich empfangen. Am ersten Tag funktionierte das Internet nicht, dies wurde auf unsere Reklamation am zweiten Tag behoben. Nur wenige Nachteile: Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, man kann aber die Fenster trotzdem öffnen nachts, da vergittert, es gibt auch Jalousien in den Schlafzimmern. Der Müll wird in einer Tonne direkt vor der Wohnungstür im Hausflur gesammelt, was Gerüche verursacht. (Am zweiten Tag wurde die Tonne für die Müllabfuhr hinaus gestellt, dann war es besser.) Für Autofahrer: Das Parken vor Ort ist teuer. Check in: Wir mussten uns frühzeitig bzgl. der Ankunftszeit genau festlegen, da kein Self Check-in möglich & die Agentur viele Wohnungen vermietet.
