The staff were amazing. Very helpful and polite. Breakfast was ok. I managed to have scrambled eggs and bacon on the first day but after that it was off menu for some reasons. Still, there were plenty of other things to eat, but not hot food. The room was fairly clean but the floor wasn't. No soap by the sink, meaning you need to go into the shower to get soap to wash your hands. No tea/coffee in the room which is annoying. It is not near the centre, you have to get a tram but it was fine. I enjoyed my stay but the next time I would prefer a hotel close to the centre with a kettle!

Excellent Hotel near Toulouse Airport

Fantastic location - one can reach the airport within ten minutes driving and the city centre is around 25 minutes by tram. Also very nice and welcoming staff, plus a bar on-site, if desired. The only drawback is that the closest late-night grocery store is a full 2km away, so can be a bit of a walk on Sundays.

Room OK. Access to the hotel is inconvenient as it is a locked gate you need the code for. When you arrive you have to ring the hotel to get in. Area around the hotel is poor, lots of people "hanging around" on the streets.

Very convenient for the tram to the airport. Excellent for the price. Pleasant residential area, however nowhere around to eat on a Sunday and the hotel restaurant was closed. Luckily a pizza takeaway nearby saved a trip back into Toulouse.

Ok stay, but not as good as previous

I have stayed here on multiple occasions before. This stay was not as good as previous. The hotels cleanliness and quality is reducing. No working elevators, room have black dust and pubic hair in the shower tray and an air conditioning unit had been removed from the wall and not put good (see photo).
