Main living area with a double bed.  
Kitchenette equipped for simple meals: cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.  
Small shower room with shower and toilet, accessed via a wooden sliding door.  
Bed linen and 1 large towel per person included.  
No linen change during the stay, regardless of its length.  
An extra linen set is available for €15 if needed.  
  
IMPORTANT – SIZE AND LAYOUT  
The apartment measures 14 m².  
Photos may give an impression of more space, but the actual size is 14 m².  
Limited storage (small closet only).  
Only one window: limited natural light and ventilation; the apartment may feel somewhat dark.  
Old building with limited soundproofing: noise from neighboring apartments is possible.  
The apartment has not been fully renovated and is exactly as shown in the photos.  
Please book with full awareness of these conditions.

Carmes metro station (Line B) about a 5-minute walk away.  
Tram lines T1 and T2 about a 9-minute walk away (toward the airport).  
Shops, restaurants, and cafés in the immediate vicinity.

PARKING  
No parking space included.  
Paid street parking in the area.  
Recommended car parks: Indigo Carmes or street parking on Rue Montoulieu.

Check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest.
