Great place to stay in Toulouse.

This hotel is a real gem. It looks and feels brand new. The location is scenic, quiet and convenient. A 5 minute walk will take you to the metro stop or the bridge to walk into the city centre. The local area has plenty of restaurants, shops and sites. The staff are very friendly and thoughtful. The layout of the apartments is the most practical one I have seen yet. The hallway has 4 doors: one to the toilet with a wash basin, one to the bathbub/shower and sink, one to the bedroom and the last...

Very clean, spacious room. Surprisingly well-appointed kitchenette. Friendly front desk staff with good English. Not in the city centre but not too far away and very close to the airport (10mins in an Uber). Supermarkets and a couple of eating options nearby but it's mostly a residential area. Great value for money.

Great staff and location

Excellent choice for short stay in the Toulouse area. Located just across the road from the Cite de l'Espace and therefore very easy to find (just look for the rocket!). Italian restaurant located right next door was handy. If you're driving, this would serve as a good base for exploring Toulouse and the surrounding area. One tiny fly in the ointment: rooms have coffee and tea making facilities but no milk is provided and staff refused to provide any! Most odd!

Excellent location. Lovely welcome with very friendly staff, offering plenty of great advice, always helpful and with a smile. Our room was upgraded to a stunning corner room overlooking the square. Highly recommended.

I was able to check in early and the lovely Spanish receptionist was lovely. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The breakfast was very nice and the rooftop bar provided lovely reviews. The room was perfect. Very comfortable. There is a tram stop at the other side of the square that opens the transport links to the whole city.

Modern, very clean boutique style hotel. Great central location. Vibrant city. Lots of attractive historic buildings, good shopping, lots of restaurants. Hard to find arriving by car with Sat Nav.

The mama shelter hotel in Toulouse is a wonderful place! I loved my stay there, because of the friendliness of the staff but also the incredibly funky design. Whilst I love my stay, I do wish to add that this hotel is primarily geared towards couples, groups of friends and families. I was travelling by myself, so I felt a little bit alone at times (for some reasons I thought this would be the place where former backpackers who started working, doing well etc would stay, so a social environment)....

This is an unusual set-up at Social Hub with working areas, students etc but the room was clean, bed comfortable and restaurant was very good. Also 7 mins walk from metro

Airport shuttle was fast and efficient. The staff were amazing, could not do enough for us. Hotel kept spotless.

The hotel is 400 metres from the train station and a 10 - 15 minute walk from the centre. There is a Carrefour supermarket and Lidl about 50 metres from the hotel. The hotel is set back from the main street and is gated. The hotel staff are very friendly and immediately provided a map so we knew where we were in relation to the main sights. The hotel itself is incredible (considering the price). The rooms feel luxurious and have kitchen amenities. There is a gym, sauna and outdoor swimming...

Liked everthing. Only thing I noticed, most hotels in Europe provide a fridge in the bedroom but still happy with a kettle

Bright, modern new aparthotel. The one bedroom unit was spacious enough for our family of 4, and both the bed and sofa bed had comfortable mattresses. Nice breakfast. Easy, free parking in garage adjacent to hotel, and there is a tram stop just a few minutes away connecting the hotel to the Metro and city center. Would stay again.
