  • Very nice duplex apartment with a sea view and a terrace facing south. Residence in peace. Infinity pool open in season.

    The duplex apartment consists of a hallway entrance leading to a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room. In the mezzanine a double bed and a bench / bed. Convertible sofa in the living room.
    Covered underground parking. Elevator access.

    Not overlooked.

    You will be between Bormes village and the Lavandou beach, shops. (About 1.5 km from each)

    Close to Hyères airport.

Schönes Appartement

Schönes, sauberes, neu renoviertes, sehr kleines Appartement . Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Negativ: die Parkplatzsituation. Zwar gibt es einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Aber so klein, dass es nicht möglich ist, wenn der Nebenplatz besetzt ist, einzuparken oder auszusteigen. Deckenhöhe in der Mezzanine ist grenzwertig!
