La terrasse et le jardinet sont spacieux et agréables, le tout dans un quartier résidentiel plutôt familial où on arrive à trouver une place de stationnement même en plein août. Par contre nous avons trouvé que le logement est mal équipé et que la plupart des meubles vétustes sont en mauvais état.
