PEACEFUL STUDIO!

Small apartment located on the 3rd floor of a quiet residence without a functional elevator, equipped to accommodate 1 or 2 people, for the stay that suits you, in a quiet location, close to all amenities and the sea.
You will find a sofa bed, a TV, a microwave, a fridge, an electric coffee maker, an induction hob, a washing machine and dishes.
Provide bed linen and towels.

Sur les hauteurs de Saint-Mandrier

Belle situation plutôt au calme sur les hauteurs de Saint-Mandrier à trois stations de bus du centre à proximité immédiate du cimetière franco-italien la station est desservie toute les demi heures depuis Toulon et la résidence est très ben tenue, le propriétaire est disponible et arrangeant

joli petit studio bien aménagé, au calme, belle vue sur la mer, parking sécurisé. Propriétaire très sympa, accueillant, prévenant avec nous, les boissons fraiches nous attendaient dans le frigo. On avait perdu l'habitude d'être bien traités...

L'appartement est super bien situé pour accéder aux plages et profiter de la vue magnifique. Mr Ledoux est très accueillant et arrangeant. Tout a été merveilleux pour passer un bon séjour. Merci. On reviendra.

Très bon séjour passé dans l’appartement ! Pas besoins de la voiture pour aller à la plage ou dans les commerces, tout à proximité. Le propriétaire est très accueillant

Studio très propre. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Place de parking dans résidence sécurisée avec une vue sur le port de Saint Mandrier sur mer. Top 😊 merci jean pierre
