Nous devions être prélevés sur place à la date que nous avions réservé; hors le prélèvement a été immédiat et d' un montant nettement supérieur à la somme prévue, sans justificatif de facture . Par la suite ,il a été impossible de contacter ce monsieur ,qui impose par ailleurs beaucoup de conditions ,notamment sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ . Nous estimons avoir été victimes d'une escroquerie et n'avons pas pu récupérer notre argent .Nous sommes donc également déçus du site qui maintient cette annonce ,malgré de nombreuses plaintes de la part des usagers. Die Umgebung ist top, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle in die Stadt direkt vor der Tür als auch mehrere Strände und Buchten. Je ne mentionnerais pas les horaires très contraignants. C'était donc idéalement situé, puisque nous avons mis 7min en voiture pour rejoindre le port. Par contre nous avons été un peu surpris par l'endroit. Nous pensions être dans un hôtel, alors qu'en fait c'était plus un "appart d'hôtes". Il y a 4 chambres, 1 wc,1 salle d'eau, le salon transformé en salle de repas avec plusieurs tables. Il n'y a la clim que dans le couloir, donc quand les chambres sont fermées il fait très chaud. On ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres parce que ça donne sur la rue et que c'est très bruyant. C'est dommage qu'ils n'aient pas prévu de ventilos, la nuit aurait meilleure et ça aurait fait fuir les moustiques ;) Un volet était cassé et donc la lumière était un peu gênante. Des rideaux occultants auraient été mieux que les voilages. La salle de bain n'était pas en super état. Il y avait du papier collé au scotch sur un mur, ça nous a bien fait rire. Sinon nous avons été bien accueilli par le gardien, très sympa, qui est là jusqu'à 22h. Nous sommes partis, discrètement, le matin vers 5h sans problème. En bref trop cher pour ce que c'était. ##### Virginie Stayed 1 night in Jul 2022 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Christophe 9 Jul 2022 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Ce n'est pas un HOTEL mais une chez un particulier Je pense que vous êtes largement au courant que je ne suis pas allé dans cet endroit, vous vendez ça pour une chambre d'hôtel alors que c'est une chambre dans un appartement avec des régles pire que dans une prison, couvre feu et arrivée entre 14h00 et 16h00\. De plus le numéro de téléphone que vous indiquez pour joindre les propriétaires n'est pas le même que celui qu'ils nous donnent lorsqu'ils daigne donner de leurs nouvelles soit le jour même de notre arrivée, donc impossible d'organiser notre séjour. Je ne peux me permettre de noter cette chambre dans une copropriété qui n'autorise l'ouverture du bâtiment qu'à partir de 8h le matin car comme expliqué au responsable du logement et au contact d'hôtel.com pendant 1h,(ce dernier, de bonnes volontés au demeurant). comment prendre un bateau à 6h30 pour ajaccio?on saute par la fenêtre..on force la porte...on téléphone au 17 pour dire que l'on est séquestré..?? impossible pour moi d'imaginer qu'une telle location est possible..du coup proposition par hôte.com d'un remboursement.. mais à côté de cela...plus d'hôtels dans mes prix... à 55 et 60 ans nous avons dû dormir dans la voiture avec tous nos bagages à attendre le matin pour prendre le bateau..en plus il m'avait prélevé depuis le 3 mai ,une somme qq peu différente du prix affichés, 3-4€ de plus.. pourquoi ?? mais ce n'est pas le plus grave... En effet on ne peut pas rentrer ds la chambre après 22h!!! C’est stipulé de le contrat comme couvre feu mais comme on avait réservé en période de confinement on ne pensait pas que c’était valable tout le temps… un couvre feu !! Incroyable !!! Donc qd on vient pour un mariage, c’est difficile et même impossible. Très mauvais accueil sur place du coup, et toujours en attente de remboursement ! On espère avoir de bonnes nouvelles rapidement.
