In a quiet residence in the Mourillon district (Toulon East), T3 apartment crossing east-west of 60m² on the 12th floor with elevator.
The apartment is very bright, its pleasant setting offers a clear sea view over the harbor of Toulon.
It consists of a main room, an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher ...), 2 bedrooms, one with a small balcony equipped with a blind, a bathroom (sink, shower, wall hung toilet), and utility room.
Beautiful fully renovated T3 apartment that can accommodate 5 people.
Located in a quiet residence, overlooking the sea and the harbor of Toulon, with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed.
Ideally located everything can be done on foot:
- 2 min from the Provencal market
- 2 min from shops (Casino, Picard, downtown Mourillon)
- 10 min from the beaches
- 500 m from Corsica Ferries pier
There is also a large car park in the residence and a park with playground for children.
Ideal for spending a great week of vacation.
